Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials across the warehouse and production floors. Main duties include:

Equipment Operation: Operating electric forklifts, propane gas forklifts, and reach trucks.
Material Handling: Managing the transport of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Logistics Support: Loading and unloading trucks/trailers and supporting sales loading operations.
Safety & Maintenance: Conducting daily equipment checks, ensuring loads are secured, and adhering to strict health and safety (HSE) standards.
Inventory Control: Assisting with stocktaking and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
Flexibility: Willingness to work day and night shifts across various UAE locations.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

1. Education & Experience

High School qualification or equivalent (Vocational training in logistics is a plus).
4 to 8 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Specific experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG sectors is highly preferred.

2. Technical Skills & Licenses

Mandatory: Must hold a valid UAE Forklift Operator License.
Advantage: Holding a Light or Heavy vehicle driving license is a significant plus.
Proficiency in operating both forklifts and reach trucks.

3. Soft Skills

Strong understanding of warehouse SOPs and safety protocols.
